We are looking for an experienced programme manager to join the Roretti team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for leading and delivering of complex projects and programmes for our public sector clients, on time and in budget. You’ll be a great people person who works effectively with a wide range of team members, client staff and service users.

This hybrid role combines the benefits of remote work with the value of in-person collaboration. While flexibility is offered, regular travel to client sites across the UK and participation in regular in-person team meetings is essential.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project and programme plans including timelines and risk management strategies
  • Oversee multiple projects within a programme, ensuring alignment with objectives and dependencies
  • Manage project budgets and resources
  • Lead and motivate project teams
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Build strong client relationships and manage expectations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align expectations and resolve issues

  • Manage resistance to change and mitigate potential impacts
