Transform public services

As a Principal Consultant in our Design Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of public services. You will manage a project team, develop and mentor junior team members, and build strong and lasting relationships with clients based on honesty, authenticity, experience and a passion for public services.

This hybrid role combines the benefits of remote work with the value of in-person collaboration. While flexibility is offered, regular travel to client sites across the UK and participation in regular in-person team meetings is essential.

  • Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams with Roretti
  • Review, analyse and understand client challenges
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex challenges

  • Experience of working in consultancy
  • Strong leadership and client management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including advanced proficiency in MS office and open-source collaboration tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience and sound understanding of population data and public service finance
  • Deep knowledge of public sector policy and practice at a national and local level
