As an Associate Consultant at Roretti, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering transformation across the public sector.
You will work closely with Principal and Senior consultants to deliver a range of projects, from discovery and design through to implementation, ensuring solutions are innovative, practical, and embedded successfully with our clients. You will add subject matter expertise as well as capacity to the team. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery expertise. You will understand the challenges our clients face and be passionate about shaping the future of public services. By default, you work collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, and value bringing together multidisciplinary teams to create lasting impact.
This hybrid role combines remote flexibility with the value of in-person collaboration. Regular travel to client sites across the UK is essential.
What we're looking for

Experience of working in the corporate centre or frontline services in local authorities, ideally at HoS and above, or as a consultant.

Background in change/transformation, or as a consultant.

An analytical brain, you're good with data, understands individual local authority context and ensures recommendations are evidence-based.

Someone who is objective and curious in their how they work, and who resists the urge to ‘force’ previous experience into ways of working.

Able to operate at a strategic level, yet have the willingness and ability to get hands dirty.

A self-starter, someone who can work independently when needed.

A passion for public service and driving meaningful change.
